Notification of change form – Teachers & Associated Professionals

The Notification of change form is used to inform the Employee Service Centre of any changes to an employee’s terms and conditions, such as change of hours, work pattern, salary etc. or to inform us of an employee leaving NLC.

See below for a guidance note which will help you understand which parts of the form are required.

Please also see a copy of the form itself which once completed, should be forwarded to the Education and Families HR Business Partner team.
