Pay Award 2021/22 (Including Teaching Staff)

The 2021/22 pay award has been agreed as follows and will be backdated to 1st January 2021 for NLC, Culture Leisure NL, NL Properties and Chief Officials employees:

  • Salaries up to £25000 have been awarded a rise of £850
  • Salaries between £25001 and £40000 have been awarded 2%
  • Salaries between £40001 and £80000 have been awarded 1%
  • Salaries over £80000 have been awarded £800

The above is based on 37 hour Full Time Equivalent.

For staff who are on Teaching T&Cs, this has still to be confirmed.

The pay arrears will be processed on the following dates:

Fortnightly Paid EmployeesThursday 6th January 2022
Four Weekly Paid EmployeesTuesday 11th January 2022
Monthly Paid EmployeesThursday 27th January 2022

Teacher’s Pay Award 2021/22

The 2021-22 pay award for teachers and associated professionals has been agreed as follows

For those with current salaries below £80,000:

For those on current salaries of £80,000 or more an £800 increase is due.
