Supporting Attendance Policy and Procedure
The new Supporting Attendance policy & procedure will take effect from 21 June and replace the existing Managing Attendance Policy.
The policy and procedure aims to support employees in improving their health & wellbeing and maximise their attendance at work.
The policy & procedure will also provide fair and consistent standards and procedures for the management of sickness absence and ill health. A new Supporting Attendance toolkit has been developed to support consistent application of the policy.
