Agency workers are used for a number of reasons, including very short term assignments, specialist roles or where you have been unable to fill the role through the normal routes.
If you are using an agency worker because you can’t recruit to the roles through the normal routes, contact the Recruitment team to discuss alternative options – they can help. The recruitment team can be contacted via the People Helpdesk or by emailing ESC-RecruitmentTeam@northlan.gov.uk.
