The Home Support teams are implementing a new Microsoft Field Service App to support with the scheduling of home care visits and all Home Support Workers will receive a new mobile phone with access to the Home Care app. This app allows staff to see which care visits they are booked in for.
This new system is initially being rolled out as a pilot in Cumbernauld Locality in October. Going forward, any new updates will be put on this page to support you.
