Supporting Your Attendance
As from 2 May 2022 new arrangements are in place regarding COVID-19 related absences. Further information can be found here
As an employee, it is important that you know your responsibilities and entitlements with regards to absence. It is also important that you understand the ways in which North Lanarkshire Council can support you in returning to work and maintaining acceptable levels of attendance.
The Councils new Supporting Attendance Policy and Procedure for Local Government Employees (excluding Teachers and Associated Professionals who have their own Managing Attendance Policy) is available here. New Occupational Health portal – MedigoldONE
To improve and streamline the occupational health process for managers the MedigoldONE portal will replace the existing Health Hub portal. More information can be found here.
