The People Resources service support all aspects of people management and are involved in a range of activities spanning the full council including Employment and policy, Equalities, HR business partners, Occupational Safety and Wellbeing, Learning and Development, Organisational development, the Employee Service Centre and many more.

The Chief Officer – People Resources is Fiona Whittaker and the leadership team that supports the service are noted below.
