Employee Service Centre

The Employee Service Centre (ESC) is the centralised team providing transactional HR and payroll services to all employees of North Lanarkshire Council.

We aim to provide a highly responsive, professional and customer focussed service. We do this by ensuring all five of our teams are clear on their roles, are well trained and are always looking to make things better.

So whether you have an enquiry about your pay or pension, your contract or change to it, need information on iTrent or you are apply for a new job with the council, we will be able to help.
