The Workforce Resourcing Team deals with all of the Recruitment and Redeployment matters. We deal with the end-to-end recruitment processes.
We promote North Lanarkshire Council as an employer of choice and support Recruiting Managers and applicants on their recruitment journeys. We arrange interviews for recruiting managers along with carrying out applicants’ pre-employment checks ensuring their recruitment journey (process) is dealt with quickly and efficiently allowing them to take on their new role as quickly as possible.
The Redeployment Team support redeployees and managers in the redeployment process.
