The employee code of conduct is essential reading for all employees outlining the standards expected from them by NLC.

The principles of WE ASPIRE are embedded in the culture of what we do and how we do it and you are strongly encouraged to adopt these values in your individual jobs and seek to apply these to the very best of your ability.

The Conflict of Interest Guidance provides examples of situations that may be considered conflict of interest and employees must declare any potentials conflicts to the appropriate manager.

In addition to the Councils Employee Code of Conduct those in the relevant posts must also adhere to the requirements of the  Scottish Social Services Code of Practice  for social services workers and the. Code of Professionalism and Conduct for registered teachers.
