Gender Based Violence Guidance for Line Managers

This Guidance aims to support managers to support employees experiencing gender based violence such as domestic abuse, stalking etc.

It is designed to be not only a resource for line managers and supervisors but also a method of communication to those experiencing gender based violence that the Council, as an employer, understands the issues and will provide appropriate support and assistance.
