Who inputs the incident forms within Health & Social Care?
Once employees/managers complete the CIRIS form, they will require to scan and email this to Social Work CIRIS email box where staff will input this to the system. This is the process from now excluding home support, units and Merrystone who will continue to use existing arrangements.
