Industry Insight sessions offer the opportunity to explore careers at NLC – and find out more about the sectors we operate in. For example; Construction and Green jobs, Health & Social Care, Early Learning & Childcare and Digital. These sessions help people understand what’s expected in the workplace, key skills, experiences and any qualifications we look for. The sessions can be delivered to young people from our schools or to people in our communities who are looking to change careers or re-enter the jobs market.
