Where your role requires you to physically attend work your manager must ensure a safe return to the workplace and that you understand what rules and procedures you must follow when you are in work.
Before you return to the workplace, your line manager will discuss key elements about your return including safety and wellbeing measures, your travel arrangements and whether you need any flexibility around hours or patterns of work.
You may wish to discuss particular adjustments you might need to accommodate caring or childcare responsibilities.
You may be required to attend a different work location than before. Your manager will explain the reason for this and take into account how you will travel to and from this new location.
