When interviews have concluded and the successful applicant has been notified and accepted the offer verbally, the Hiring Manager will initiate the on-boarding process.
Onboarding is the process of ensuring all relevant pre-employment checks are fulfilled for the role and contract issued to the successful applicant.
These checks are completed by the Workforce Resourcing Team.

On receipt of notification that an applicant has been progressed to offer, it will be allocated to a member of the Workforce Resourcing Team. The member of the team who has been allocated to the pre-employment checks, will contact you to confirm they will be the nominated person for your campaign and they will keep you updated at each stage of the process.
