I am having problems with a senior colleague and I feel they are picking on me. How can I deal with this?

Try to resolve the problem informally at first. A Dignity at Work Support Officer can be provided to offer you support. If this does not resolve the problem, a complaint can be submitted under the Dignity at Work Policy. Template letters are in the Dignity at Work Policy Guidance Note.

An ER Advisor will support the process once a complaint has been submitted. They can be contacted at the Employee Relations team.

I feel that I am being bullied by my colleagues, what recourse do I have?
