I am at risk of redundancy, what are my options?

Speak to your line manager in the first instance who will provide details of the situation as it affects you.

I have been told I am in the redeployment process. What does this mean?

If you are formally being considered for redeployment, an ER Advisor will support you during this process.

I want to apply for voluntary redundancy. How do I go about it?

Speak to your line manager about whether this is an option for you. The line manager should discuss this with the HR Business Partner, as appropriate.
